• Notifications: The App may request permission to send you notifications for meal logs, water reminders, and workout prompts. These notifications help you stay on track and are not used to collect personal data.

Since no personal data is collected or stored by the developer (except as provided by third-party services like Google AdMob), your privacy is inherently protected. All processing of sensitive information (such as location or HealthKit data) is done locally on your device and only with your explicit consent.
